Lukwago Abraham; I am an enthusiastic, reliable, responsible and hardworking person, cooperative and submissive. I am self-motivated person with both interpersonal and analytical skills; I am an ambitious and approachable person. I am quick learner who can absorb new ideas, a good team player with proven ability to work practically in a complex and busy environment and I bear emphatic spirit of standing with those in need.
I am Ugandan citizen by birth and l was born and raised from Mityana District 40 miles away from Kampala. I am the core director of Agape Ophanage Home which has its headquarters in Nansana Gganda Kampala Uganda. I hold a Diploma in Project Planning and management from Do It Virtual University Maya Katende. As director of the organization l hold caporal of Certificate in different areas such as Teaching, Counselling and Guidance and Leadership.
I have been in position to serve in different youth associations and advocates through empowering and fighting for the rights of youth by skilling and sustainably l have helped in raising up the standards of youth as well as creating a positive impact in their lives, l served in very many schools as Head of them and children’s leaders at all levels.

We need money for year plan 2024 to urgent home necessities for children such as food, clothes, school fees, medication.
Total Fee need for 2024 to urgent home necessities for children is 9,700USD
The Orphanage needs an extension of land in this, the Orphanage needs to purchase a piece of land in rural area where it can carry out big projects like constructing a school, building offices, carry out farming for provision of food to children .The estimated fee for buying land goes to 15,000USD.
2024 projection budget for both children logistics and purchase of land goes to 24,700USD

1. Focus on Education and Skill Development:
Investing in the education and skill development of the children at the orphanage can have long-term benefits. By providing quality education, vocational training, and mentorship programs, Agape Orphanage Home can empower the children to build a better future for themselves, the Orphanage will fully go into construction of three learning institutions ,primary school, secondary and vocational institution
2. Increased Funding and Donations:
With effective fundraising efforts and increased awareness about its cause, Agape Orphanage Home may attract more funding and donations. This could enable the organization to improve its facilities, hire more staff, and provide better care for the children under its care.

15,000USD will be used for purchasing requirements to be used in the 3 institutions i.e. Desks, learning aids, operational machines and worker payments

Implementing sustainability initiatives such as eco-friendly practices, renewable energy solutions, income generating projects that can not only benefit the organization (Agape Orphanage Home) but also the community in contributing to long term financial stability.2. TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT
Despite the fact of living in an advanced error where everything is going digital, 2026 we hope to start imparting computer skills into children at the Orphanage Center, School and the community at large so that they can stand positive and compete with the newly technological generation we are living in. Urgently the Orphanage will need to have operational gadgets (ICT Machines) that would be used as learning aids such as computers and cameras.3. Transport means
The Orphanage will need to have means of transports that will be help in smooth learning of services during community work services and internal services for Agape Orphanage Home in its operations. Such as a truck, bus.4. Bore Hole
Agape Orphanage Home is expecting to have a relatively big piece of Land since we expect to have a big number of privileged children, Orphans and down trodden people to depend on the organization, we are expecting find land in areas which are in rural areas which are infested with dry weather conditions due to their geographical locations, as result of that water availability is low which is a big problem to people already living in the region. We want Agape Orphanage Home to be a blessing in the community by putting up a bore hole that will not only support the Orphanage but also the community members so as to save people’s lives in particular. The Bore Hole is expected to be serving over 50,000 people living in the community.5. EXTENSION OF LAND
More addition of land will be needed by 2026, this is due to expected number of needy children and down trodden that will entirely depend on organization, we project to have land while we can carry out farming for home consumption so as to reduce on costs of buying food every day. Land will also be used for carrying out raising animals, Animals reared sometimes will be used as learning aids to children at the Orphanage learning institutions and on the other hand these animals will acts as food so as to boost up the immunity for children as a way of fighting diseases amongst them. Land will also be used for carrying poultry farming practices as a way of getting eggs for children and fertilizers to farm crops. All the above activities needs relatively big piece of land, farm products are to help children at the orphanage however to the smaller extent the community will also benefit out of farming so as to save the many people’s lives who die of famine due to lack of food.
